Step 1 |
Heat oil in kadai, add ginger garlic paste. |
Step 2 |
Add chopped onions and saute till golden, now add tomatoes saute till soft. |
Step 3 |
Add Mai's Rassa masala and red chilli powder and salt. |
Step 4 |
Mix well and water as per the consistency you like. Once boiled garnish ith coriander leaves. |
Step 5 |
Add sev 5 min before serving. |
Step 6 |
Tastes best with hot chapati and steaming rice. |
