Sev Bhaji with Rassa Masala

It is the most popular and savoured dish in the Khandesh region. Prepare this yummy dish in jiffy by using our Inhouse blend Rassa Masala.

  • 2 cups thick spicy sev
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Mai's Rassa Masala
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 cups water
  • Chopped Coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste


 Step 1
Heat oil in kadai, add ginger garlic paste.


 Step 2
Add chopped onions and saute till golden, now add tomatoes saute till soft.


 Step 3
Add Mai's Rassa masala and red chilli powder and salt.


 Step 4
Mix well and water as per the consistency you like. Once boiled garnish ith coriander leaves.


 Step 5
Add sev 5 min before serving.


 Step 6
Tastes best with hot chapati and steaming rice.
